Chef Lisa McGovern has been working in the Food Service industry for over 15 years. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She completed her year long fellowship at the Apple Pie Bakery Cafe at the Culinary Institute of America in 2000.

Lisa is currently partner and head chef of a catering company called The Chef's Table in the Hudson Valley, New York. They specialize in intimate occasions with emphasis on seasonal local ingredients. Multi course tasting menus paired with complimenting wines or beverages. She also cooks and delivers home replacement meals for private clients with special dietary needs.
